The "Professional Start" program equips new agents with the tools and skills necessary to enjoy a fully successful and rewarding career. Our intense, 3-week class provides an introduction to our company philosophy, culture, brand identification, office procedures, technology, ethics and more. Multi-media and power point presentations, along with group and individual role playing situations make the program fast-paced and information packed. The fundamentals of real estate are also covered: contracts, our own unique "Five Star" listing presentation, Buyer Agency, Market Value Analysis, and financing. In addition, we devote a module to goal setting and implementation of an effective business plan to help you set a successful career path.

Weekly coaching and skill building sessions with managing brokers are designed to help increase the Sales Associates' knowledge of current trends in the local real estate market, polish listing presentation skills, and provide an avenue for continued learning. Both new and experienced Sales Associates will find this environment highly-charged with new and innovative ways to conduct their business.
