Throughout his 28-year real estate career, Jacobson has achieved the following: NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Bronze level 1996-1998, 2000, Silver Level 1999, 2001-2002, Gold Level 2003-2009, 2011 – 2012, 2015 & 2018, and Platinum Level 2013, 2016, 2017, 2019, 2020-2022.
The Circle of Excellence Award is a very prestigious award that recognizes agents who have demonstrated excellence in sales throughout the year. There are four different award levels that are separated by monetary sales and units sold. Award levels are also determined by monetary and or the number of units sold:
- Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units
