Lambertville, NJ – Erin McManus-Keyes, a sales associate with Weidel Real Estate, was awarded the 2022 NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Platinum. McManus-Keyes has dedicated her career to the buyers and sellers, assisting them in the marketing and purchase of their single most important asset – their home.

The Circle of Excellence Award recognizes agents who have demonstrated excellence in sales throughout the year. There are four different award levels that are separated by monetary sales and units sold. Award levels are also determined by monetary and or the number of units sold:
- Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units
