PRINCETON, NJ – Claudia Ryan, a sales associate with Weidel Real Estate, was awarded the 2022 NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® Bronze. The NJ REALTORS® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® is presented each year to deserving agents who are at the top of their sales game.
Claudia has consistently ranked among the top-producing agents and is also recognized for the NJ Realtors® Distinguished Sales Club since 2010. She has been an agent for 18 years and she takes pride in servicing her clients before, during and most importantly, after the home buying/selling experience.

The Circle of Excellence Award is a very prestigious award that recognizes agents who have demonstrated excellence in sales throughout the year. There are four different award levels that are separated by monetary sales and units sold. Award levels are also determined by monetary and or the number of units sold:
- Platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum, or 125 units
- Gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum, or 90 units
- Silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum, or 70 units
- Bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum, or 30 units
