In 2015 Weidel Realtors celebrated its 100th year in business and is determined to endure and prosper over the next 100 years and is excited to announce a new management team. Weidel has hard-earned its success by defining its core values and securing a reputation for integrity. Today, Weidel is uniquely poised to positively utilize disruptive opportunities that will transform the rapidly evolving real estate industry. Richard Weidel Jr., CEO, Chairman and industry leader is leading Weidel to stay ahead of the innovation curve and to continue to put buyers and sellers first, always. To achieve this, he has assembled a world-class leadership team, sales management team, and dedicated team of professional real estate agents to move the company forward.

The new executive team includes his son, Richard Weidel III, Director of Business Development; Emily Kettenburg, Vice President of Sales; and Angela Flannery, Vice President of Operations. The future is bright at Weidel and we look forward to growing our business by serving buyers, sellers and the communities we call home.

Richard is a leading young visionary in the real estate industry. He joined the company in the fall of 2014 with the dream of transforming the residential brokerage industry. Richard has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Cornell University. He started his career with Goldman Sachs in NYC as an investment banker with the real estate group. Following his work at Goldman Sachs, he moved to Florida as Vice President of Asset Management and Acquisitions and was responsible for the successful turnaround of a $350 million portfolio of distressed shopping centers.

Emily’s rise in the real estate industry has been nothing short of meteoric. She is a smart, savvy leader who is determined to build on Weidel’s strong 100-year foundation to create tremendous opportunities for Weidel agents.  As an agent Emily consistently ranked in the top 5% of Mercer County and produced over $10M and 20 units per year. As a branch office manager she helped her agents increase per agent production from approximately $1.0M to over $3.2M in just a few years. Moreover, she increased her office volume 175% over a 5-year period from 2009 to 2014. Currently, Emily is Chairperson on the Grievance Committee at the Mercer County Board of Realtors
