Weidel Realtors Honored With 2014 NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Awards
Pennington, NJ – Weidel Realtors honors their highest achieving sales agents who received 2014 New Jersey Association of Realtors (NJAR®) Circle of Excellence Sales Awards. CEO Richard Weidel Jr. and Richard Weidel III, Director of Business Development of Weidel Realtors, are pleased to announce that several of their outstanding sales agents were recognized by the NJAR® Circle of Excellence with various awards.

Among the winners is Mark Jacobson of the Flemington branch. Jacobson was honored with a gold level award, one of many Circle of Excellence awards he has received during his career. Lisa Folmer, of the Princeton office, received a silver level award.
“The Circle of Excellence winners have achieved this accomplishment through hard work, trusted and caring service to their clients and integrity,” said Weidel III.
The following Realtors won bronze level awards: Mia Austin, of the Bridgewater branch, Debbie Grill-McInerney, Terry S. Mowry and Russell Oakes of the Flemington branch, John Reimann and Carlos F. Rivera of the Hamilton branch, Christine M. Haines and Linda Kovach of the Northern Burlington branch. The following realtors were also honored with bronze level awards: Elisabeth A. Kerr, Kimberly Storcella and Susan Thompson of the Pennington branch, Teresa K. Trigas and Patricia L. Ratner of the Clinton branch.
Dawn Fergenson, of the Princeton Branch, was awarded a bronze level recognition as well as an education level acknowledgement. Marilyn Wittlinger of the Pennington branch and Linda Feldstein, of the Princeton branch, were awarded education level acknowledgments.
To achieve a NJAR® Circle of Excellence Sales Award, Realtors must reach a gross amount of sales or number of units sold in one year. The following are requirements for each level: bronze: $2.5 million and 15 units minimum or 30 units, silver: $6.5 million and 20 units minimum or 70 units, gold: $12 million and 25 units minimum or 90 units, platinum: $20 million and 30 units minimum or 125 units.
