Weidel Realtors is building a world-class leadership team and is seeking a General Sales Manager to help build the brokerage of tomorrow.

– Minimum 5 years experience leading a sales team in a competitive real estate environment
– Thorough understanding of day-to-day brokerage management and operations
– Successful recruiting experience
– Strong ability to train and coach management team and sales associates
– Ability to communicate and present well in person and in writing
– Values goal setting
