Advanced Programs Bring Weidel Agents to the Next Level
NJ/PA – “It’s been a whirlwind year, but nothing can stop us!” commented Brenda Maxfield, Weidel REALTORS® Vice President, at a recent Weidel event. With the Weidel recovery of a challenging Real Estate economy, Weidel REALTORS® made it their mission in 2013 to advance programs and initiatives to help associates sell more real estate.
The 2013 changes brought the Weidel sales associates to the next level in technology, real estate knowledge, and image with their new and improved website platform. Some of the new programs implemented within the past year include SkySlope™, Luxury Portfolio International®, Military on the Move™, and the updated Weidel website and back office.
Their new transaction management system, SkySlope™ and DigiSign is a cloud based transaction management platform that keeps all paperwork organized and secure for the sales associates. They are able to work digitally from anywhere and at any time through any mobile device. With the technology era, mobility is extremely important to the agents because they are now able to spend more time with their buyers and sellers and have access to all documents at any time.
Some of the other programs that were brought on in 2013 were Military on the Move™, this program has expanded Weidel’s services to military personnel through Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LeadingRE®). The program was created to provide active duty, retired military and wounded warriors with special benefits on real estate services, including a real estate credit at closing in states where allowed by law.
Luxury Portfolio® has been Weidel’s most recent add-on. The program was brought on board within the last few months. Luxury Portfolio® is the fastest growing luxury property network, with more than 200 affiliate companies around the world and more listings over $1 million than any other luxury real estate organization. Being a member in good standing with LeadingRE® for so many years allowed Weidel to affiliate with the luxury program. Weidel and LeadingRE® sell more real estate than any franchise brand.
Weidel REALTORS® also enhanced sales associates training and real estate education by providing 24/7 online training and CE courses through Institute 2.0 through LeadingRE® and training seminars held through the Floyd Wickman training program. These courses and seminars make earning CE Credits fast and easy and help associates learn how to get the most out of their real estate careers.
Weidel has also improved their main website and back end. Displaying an elegant new look and a streamlined, user friendly interface, the site has been re-vamped to provide visitors with a better, more enjoyable online experience. The new robust platform offers relevant information in one convenient place to help buyers and sellers fulfill all of their needs through our one stop shop process.
Weidel also re-launched the firm’s intranet, www.weidelnet.com. Easy navigation was the main focus of this project. Weidel management, associates and staff can now easily find what they are looking for with the organized system that houses anything that a real estate professional would need. With the simple click of a button, associates and management can order marketing material, request signs, print contracts/forms, attend training seminars or simply learn what’s new with the company along with so much more!
Last but not least, Weidel’s newest online magazine (E-Zine) “Weidel Connection” allows Weidel associates, management and staff to share Weidel across the globe through social media.
