Weidel Hopewell Valley Spooks Community
Trick-or-Treater’s from near and far gathered at the Weidel Hopewell Valley office for their annual Spooktacular Halloween party. The Spooktacular was held on October 30th for the community to gather with good food, entertainment and friends.
Each year Weidel Hopewell Valley decorates their office to be a haunted house for all ages. The event had an abundance of food, beverages, activities, and entertainment. This year marked the sixth year that the Hopewell Valley office has hosted the event and it was said that it was the best turnout yet!
“I believe that this was the most successful one that we’ve done to date. We had a huge turnout!” stated Kathleen “Kathi” Smith, Manager of the Hopewell Valley office. “There were more clients and children at this year’s event than any prior Spooktacular. There were also more people from the community who have seen it year after year and finally decided to come in and check it out. That’s why we do it!” Kathi added.
Weidel would like to send out accolades to those who attended and helped with the event. The Weidel Hopewell Valley sales associates all pulled together to create the elaborate event. Agents helped bake and cook for the event and also helped setup the large inflatables that were used to decorate the outside of the office. The agents also helped decorate the inside of the conference rooms and helped put together goodie bags for the kids. Also, a big thank you goes out to Bob Long, Princeton Mortgage Corporation, who manned the grill all evening!
“The reason we do this is to create a sense of community, teamwork and pride within our office; a sense of reaching out to the community and the community reaching back; and office exposure within the community. Mission accomplished!” said Kathi.
