Weidel Associates Complete Elite Training Program
Richard A. Weidel, CEO and Brenda Maxfield, Vice President of Weidel Realtors are pleased to congratulate the Associates who successfully completed Weidel’s comprehensive Master’s Academy Program. This intensive hands-on workshop covered the fundamentals of real estate over a 2-week period to include real estate sales, contracts and law, ethics, financing and title insurance, as well as Weidel’s unique “Five Star” Sellers’ Marketing Program. The course offers specialized training by experienced real estate brokers, experienced sales associates and corporate trainees to all new Weidel Associates, whether recently licensed or joining from a previous real estate affiliation.

Daily workshops include personal marketing, prospecting, market value analysis, Buyer agency, Weidel Seller Services consultation, online marketing, and relocation. These Weidel Associates also explore how mortgage and title insurance services offered by Weidel affiliates, Princeton Mortgage Corporation and Princeton Assurance Corporation, can make the buying and selling process easier for the consumer.
