"I met David Weise this past summer, when I called Weidel Realtors inquiring about a house I saw online. From the first time we met he was nothing but professional, curteous and passionate about his job. He even came the first day with a personalized booklet already prepared to show me what the homes in the area consisted of, time on the market, selling prices and how he came to the figure he felt my home should list for. I didn't go about the house buying/selling in the normal manner. I found a house that I loved first, and then put my home on the market. Needless to say, doing it that way was very nerve racking and stressful. David was never anything but helpful when I called, which was plenty of times. David understood how important selling my home in a timely manner was for me in order to be able to purchase the new house.
